The indoor unit was strategically installed within the ceiling space, while the condenser was mounted securely on the front balcony wall, using rubber feet to reduce vibrations. Ducting efficiently enclosed the connection between the indoor and outdoor units, facilitating a seamless exit from the ceiling space.

To guarantee effective drainage, two drainage systems were set up, channeling water from the indoor unit and its safety tray to the external gutter. The installation included extensive ducting, branch take-offs, zone motors, and air plenums throughout the ceiling space, all connecting back to the indoor unit. A return air grille was thoughtfully positioned in the upstairs hallway, enhancing air circulation and overall system efficiency.

A dedicated electrical sub-circuit was established, running from the switchboard to the outdoor unit, equipped with an NHP isolation switch located next to the condenser. A dedicated electrical circuit was created from the switchboard to the condenser, complete with an NHP isolation switch to enhance safety. To effectively manage condensation, an Aspen Silent+ Mini condensation pump was installed beneath the indoor unit and linked to the nearest stormwater downpipe. The entire system underwent thorough commissioning to ensure peak performance.
